Yes the group is still together. We are actually actively searching for investigations right now. So if you would like us to help you with any paranormal problems, or just have questions about the paranormal, please contact us.  At this time we would like to thank  all of the people who have support us, and encouraged us to keep on investigating.  The group decided to post a new blog entry to answer a few questions about the group. First off we did not disband. The group took a break from about mid summer till about December. Now we are trying to line up some investigations.  As of last week we have a ad in Craig’s list advertising for clients. It is under household services in the Toledo Ohio’s Craig List.

 

Before we took off , we did one investigation in July that we did not blog about. It was for a client that wanted anonymity.  The only items  the group will reveal about the investigation is that first we only picked up a few small evps. The weirdest thing about the night  was that we had two pieces of equipment shut off  at the same time in the same room. We had set up and turned on our full spectrum video camera on a tripod and a digital voice recorder in a room of the house.  The two pieces were set upon opposite sides of the room.  We then left to go investigate upstairs.  One of our investigators came down
 to take some more readings and found them both shut off. The investigator turned them back on, took some readings with an emf meter and a digital thermometer then left again. Both pieces of equipment worked fine for the rest of the investigation.  During the analysis of the night, we discovered both pieces of equipment were shut off at the same time from their time stamps. The only evidence we found was a slight static frame on the full spectrum video camera before it shut off. What it was we can’t determine.  Other then that, it was a hot investigation. Especially in the attic were it was still a toasty 100 degrees around 1 am. As of right now the home owners do not want us to reinvestigate. They never felt threatened or were uneasy. They just wanted to try and  see if  we could  pickup any paranormal evidence with our equipment and with personal  experiences.

 

While we were off, the group still had  individuals who contacted us about paranormal events in their lives. Most of the time they just wanted to share a story about a paranormal event in their youth.  Some others told us about a ghost in their present home or work area, but they didn’t want an investigation. It was part of their lives.  Basically they wanted some one to talk to who wouldn’t judge them.  Maybe one day they will let us investigate.

 

Another point the group would like to raise is that there seams to be some individuals who are going around calling themselves Black Swamp Paranormal. It does not bother us there are other paranormal groups out there investigating.  It bothers us when they use our name and then don’t finish up investigations.  It makes us look bad.  Chris Wells and  Brian Reynolds started and named this group.  If your out there investigating, call yourself something else.   We paid for our website to promote our self, not you.

Fixed the Evp and Links tab today.  Sorry about the technical snag that took them off line.  The group is trying to line up a big investigation soon.  We will keep you  informed.

The group has purchased a full spectrum video camera.  We hope to use it soon in a future investigation.

Uploaded some pictures from our Findlay, OH case that we investigated in Jan 2010 today.  We are also getting ready for an investigation that we will be going to on Saturday night.

Welcome to the new website!  This website will be a on going project  for us.  We will be continually trying to improve it in the up coming future.  Our goal is to allow you to view or hear some of our findings from our cases.  One of our first goals is to get our email to work on this site.  If any one needs to get hold of us please use our yahoo email address to get hold of us.  Our yahoo email address is: bsparanormal@yahoo.com.  You may have to type it into your email browse, because this link from this website may not work.  As for up coming cases in March, we have two of them.  One of them is a new case, and the second one is revisiting a existing case.  The twist on the existing case is that we get to investigate the upstairs and downstairs apartments this time.  The first time we only got to go upstairs.  It should be interesting.
